We take time to research and understand your business, market, and requirements so we can fully scope and plan your entire digital project. What are the business goals that must be achieved? What are the aspirational targets? What are the different needs of the stakeholders across the business? How is success defined? These are some of the questions we look to answer, working with you during this phase. The outputs from the discovery phase range from technology and platform choice, to features and functionality required. This phase is often overlooked by both agencies and businesses alike, however, we believe it's a critical part of delivering a successful, long lasting, solution that will stand the test of time. By going through this phase customers are able to validate requirements based on evidence and, therefore, have a higher chance of measuring success at the end.
Our design phase starts with wireframing and site-architecture. During this phase we create a sitemap for the solution, allowing you to understand how users will navigate and engage with the end-solution. It will also give you a detailed view of the content that will appear. Once the sitemap and wireframes have been produced we bring them to life through a design process. We will provide two contrasting design approaches, both following the wireframes; one being a safer approach, the other being a "wildcard" to test appetite for pushing the boundaries. Often the end solution takes elements from both. During this process we will use existing or, depending on requirements, develop branding guidelines and any brand assets required.
Once the look and feel for the solution has been agreed we move into development. Using the technologies ascertained in the discovery phase we start to add functionality to the visual aspects of the site. We work in an agile fashion allowing scope for the project to easily be shifted as stakeholders discuss requirements in more detail. This stage will utilise expert developers across the tech-stack to ensure we deliver a robust, scalable solution.
Once we've finished building your solution it doesn't end there. We can host, support, and manage your solution ongoing, giving you peace of mind that it's in safe hands.
